The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes as good purchased must be signed for upon delivery

INSURANCE AND TRACKING
While every care is taken, Loss of goods in transit insurance is available on all our products. The cost is $5 per $200. Please contact our office for multiple item insurance prices.
Consignment /Tracking Numbers are used for confirmation of delivery and will now be emailed to you upon dispatch together with web tracking address to allow you to track your items
Our Preferred Courier is Australia Post as we find them to be the best overall service
To ensure your product arrives on time please make sure that you order in plenty of time
A good rule for delivery time is to allow two days (often next day) in Victoria
All other capital cities two Days
Outer suburbs two to three days
And remote area can be up to 5 working days
Note: We are often surprised by quick delivery however small delays can happen
We always do our utmost to meet delivery estimates but we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for delays out of our control such as to industrial action, weather, transport disruptions, natural disasters, malicious behavior.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

For any product returns, please contact our office. This includes products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Return costs may be incurred by you.

Any exchange or repair to a product purchased from www.aussiesurveillance.com.au , including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty, must have proof of purchase. www.aussiesurveillance.com.au will not provide copies of receipts if lost or misplaced. A bank statement will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

For any reason, and only after contacting our office, any product returned to www.aussiesurveillance.com.au must include, clearly marked, with our ‘Return Authorisation Number’ available from our office. All unsolicited parcels will be returned. Requests to return goods must be submitted by email and include: Product Cat Code, Serial Number, Copy of Purchase Receipt and detailed description of the reason for return. This process is to comply with our fraud identification process.
No statement in the “RETURNS” section above is intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act (Australia) or equivalent laws

If, after consultation with our technicians and or manufacturer, it is found that there is no fault with the goods, or that the goods have been damaged due to misuse or abnormal use of the goods by you, at our option, you may be liable to compensate us for any costs incurred bywww.aussiesurveillance.com.au and or the manufacturer. www.aussiesurveillance.com.au will not offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use
If a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price via the previous method of payment indicated on your receipt. Our liability under this manufacturer’s warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective product workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to
• Defective Installation
• Maintenance or repair
• Alteration or modifications of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufactures or any neglect
• Misuse or excessive use
You understand and agree that any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on this website may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
